- Razorpay — to securely process your payment. Razorpay handles your card/UPI details directly under its own privacy and security practices; we never see or store your full payment credentials.
- Courier / logistics partners — your name, phone number and delivery address are shared only to the extent needed to deliver your order.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) — used to understand site usage and troubleshoot problems (see Section 6, Cookies & Analytics, below).
- Legal authorities — if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
4. Data Storage & Security
Order and customer information is stored using reputable cloud infrastructure providers with industry-standard security practices. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain order records for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, handle returns or disputes, and meet accounting/tax obligations, after which they may be securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses minimal cookies or local browser storage strictly necessary for core functionality (such as remembering items in your cart during a session).
We also use the following analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site and to troubleshoot problems (such as checkout errors):
- Google Analytics (GA4) — collects aggregated, anonymised usage statistics such as pages visited and purchase events.
- Microsoft Clarity — records anonymised playback of on-site behaviour (clicks, scrolling, page navigation) and flags signs of friction, such as repeated clicks on a button that isn't responding. This helps us identify and fix issues customers encounter — for example, a payment error — without needing you to describe or record it yourself. Clarity does not capture your payment card or UPI details, and automatically masks sensitive input fields.
These tools set their own cookies/identifiers in your browser. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your data, where we are not legally required to retain it
